The Oarsome Club
Our OARSOME CLUB is our exciting new business and networking club which runs regular networking meetings to bring the local business community together.
Some people come due to their affinity with rowing, others as a way to meet Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals, and the rest due to a desire to win business through our extensive database of contacts.
We run a meeting once a month to give our members a chance to connect and share opportunities. We meet in various locations – sometimes at one of our Youth Rowing venues, while others may be at a local hostelry. Our meetings typically run from midday to 2pm and follow the following format:
- 12:00 – 12:10 : Welcome & Beverages
- 12:10 – 12:20 : All Aboard: Q&A
- 12:20 – 12:30 : Pie & Video
- 12:30 – 13:30 : Pie & Pitches
- 12:30 – 14:00 : Networking & Relationship Building
